The siliconized version differs from the standard version by a silicon cover on both sides of the sheet, making it thicker, more crease-resistant and 100% non-stick. Perfect for stickier products.
PaperHash unlike generic baking papers does not absorb the product and facilitates handling as it is non-stick .
